Sacred Valley Itinerary
9:00 AM – Depart from Cusco Your guide will meet you at your hotel in Cusco, and you’ll head out on a scenic drive to the Sacred Valley.
10:00 AM – Pisac Market Your first stop will be the bustling market town of Pisac, where you can shop for traditional textiles, jewelry, and handicrafts made by local artisans. You’ll also have the chance to explore the impressive Pisac ruins, which sit high above the town and offer stunning views of the valley below.
12:00 PM – Urubamba After Pisac, you’ll head to the town of Urubamba for lunch at a local restaurant. Here, you’ll enjoy traditional Peruvian cuisine made with fresh, locally-sourced ingredients.
1:30 PM – Ollantaytambo Next up is the ancient fortress of Ollantaytambo, one of the most impressive Incan sites in the Sacred Valley. Your guide will take you on a tour of the complex, explaining the fascinating history and architecture of this incredible site.
3:30 PM – Chinchero Your final stop of the day is the charming village of Chinchero, known for its beautiful textiles and traditional weaving techniques. You’ll visit a local cooperative to see how these textiles are made, and you’ll have the chance to purchase some souvenirs to take home with you.
5:00 PM – Return to Cusco After a full day of exploring the Sacred Valley, you’ll return to your hotel in Cusco, with plenty of memories to last a lifetime.
