Sacred Valley tour

9:00 AM – Depart from Cusco Your guide will meet you at your hotel in Cusco, and you’ll head out on a scenic drive to the Sacred Valley.

10:00 AM – Pisac Market Your first stop will be the bustling market town of Pisac, where you can shop for traditional textiles, jewelry, and handicrafts made by local artisans. You’ll also have the chance to explore the impressive Pisac ruins, which sit high above the town and offer stunning views of the valley below.

12:00 PM – Urubamba After Pisac, you’ll head to the town of Urubamba for lunch at a local restaurant. Here, you’ll enjoy traditional Peruvian cuisine made with fresh, locally-sourced ingredients.

1:30 PM – Ollantaytambo Next up is the ancient fortress of Ollantaytambo, one of the most impressive Incan sites in the Sacred Valley. Your guide will take you on a tour of the complex, explaining the fascinating history and architecture of this incredible site.

We finish the tour here, to take the train to Aguas Calientes from Ollantaytambo.

Machu Picchu

  • Early morning bus ride from Aguas Calientes up to Machu Picchu, to arrive before the crowds.

  • Free time to explore Machu Picchu on your own, including optional hikes to the Sun Gate or Inca Bridge.
